It collaborates with 38 members, including National Sports Confederations, National Olympic Committees, and other sports organizations from 34 European countries. ENGSO’s primary focus is to support grassroots organizations through advocacy and diverse projects.

The goal is to produce workshop materials and digital tools to modernize management practices across Europe.
