On 9 September, the sport attachés of the Member States convened for the first time under the Danish Council Presidency. Their discussions centred on appointing a new EU representative as “expert at governmental level” to the WADA Foundation Board and examining a draft resolution on Member States’ coordination and representation within WADA. The meeting also provided the occasion to launch the Open Method of Coordination (OMC) group on athletes’ rights, with the initial session setting priorities and identifying potential experts to contribute.
