EUYOUSPORT launches survey on youth participation in sport governance - Help us disseminate it!

The EUYOUSPORT project is a European initiative that aims to strengthen youth participation in decision-making and governance within sports organisations.

As part of the project, a survey has been launched targeting sports organisations, federations, clubs, and other sport entities across Europe. The survey explores how young people are currently involved in organisational structures, decision-making processes, and governance practices, and aims to identify existing approaches, challenges, opportunities, and examples of good practice in youth engagement in sport governance.

The information collected through the survey will contribute to:

  • Mapping the current state of youth participation in sport governance;
  • Identifying barriers and enabling factors for youth involvement;
  • Supporting the development of recommendations and tools to strengthen youth representation in sport.

The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary, and all responses are anonymous, securely stored, and used exclusively for research and project-related purposes. Results will be presented only in aggregated form, and no identifiable information will be shared outside the research team.

By contributing to this survey, you can support the EUYOUSPORT project’s broader objective of promoting inclusive, participatory, and youth-responsive governance in European sport. Please, share it with relevant sport organisations and help us collect unexisting data on youth participation in sport.  Link to Survey.
