Implementation Dialogue on the European Week of Sport with Commissioner Glenn Micallef
Taking place alongside the #BeActive EU Sport Awards Ceremony on 23 June 2026, the Implementation Dialogue will bring together key stakeholders involved in organising and promoting the European Week of Sport to reflect on its first decade and explore opportunities for its future development.
The dialogue will provide a platform for participants to exchange experiences, discuss achievements, and identify ways to strengthen the impact of the initiative across Europe. Discussions will focus on lessons learned over the past ten years, including practical insights from organisers and partners who have contributed to the success of the European Week of Sport.
The event will gather representatives from the National Coordinating Bodies of the European Week of Sport, European sport and physical activity organisations, and grassroots stakeholders, fostering an open exchange of ideas and best practices.
