PLAY International has launched an Open Call for Youth Participants for the Shared Horizons Bootcamps 2026, a regional initiative aimed at fostering dialogue, inclusion, and cooperation among young people in the Western Balkans.

Funded by France’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Shared Horizons project will host five 5-day youth bootcamps this spring in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia. Each bootcamp will gather 35 young participants for engaging sessions on intercultural learning, sport-based activities, and the promotion of European, Olympic, and Paralympic values, while fostering regional dialogue, inclusion, and cross-border cooperation among youth in the Western Balkans.

The initiative builds on the positive impact of previous bootcamps in the region, providing young people with meaningful opportunities to connect, learn, and grow. The Open Call is open until 20 March, and organisations are encouraged to share the opportunity within their networks to support balanced participation from across the Western Balkans.
